Ms. Kaushalya Devindi started her career as an Assistant Manager in Ron Lanka Recruitment Company, Colombo. After joining the Cosmoforge team, Kaushalya engaged in Human Resources Management – Recruitment and Training of Staff both local and overseas, General Administration – Maintain proper coordination within the enterprise, Performance Evaluation of the workforce and communication and management of on-site requirements of the clientele.
With her sound exposure in the fields of HR, Administration, Finance and Accounting – Kaushalya currently serves as the Head of Operations at Cosmoforge Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
